At first glance, the place does not mine, pay but it is very clean and hosts are very friendly. Ideal for meetings, and except for the price, it is also for the atmosphere and the meetings that it chooses this type of place. One would think is the Spanish hostel. Etonnament even in March, the hostel is armoured. What was a little damage is that the bar had closed temporarily... But our helpful hosts we have out and advised on the premises. The hostel is located in the rambla and the Metro is close to. The bus going also and the bikes free service out there.

We have passed a pleasant stay in Barcelona, the hostel was cool, a correct quality for this price, a good cleanliness of the rooms, bathroom. An access to the kitchen or can ask our foods. A good home managers, a good spirit of conviviality, access to the internet. The hostel is well placed to las ramblas, in the Metro, at the port, in the parking just to. I recommend this hostel for people looking at the level of the price, the atmosphere is cool.More is you the key of the entry to return when you want, the key of the House. (There is just the stairs which are fatal;), and at the level of the mattresses of beds are fine. If I return to Barcelona, I contacterais this hostel for my stay.

This hostel is truly unmissable, a very good price/quality ratio. The dormitories are very clean and cleaned every day. The sheets are white impecable, the kitchen is functional, many dishes available and a micro wave cooking plates fridge, oven, and spice are free services. Free connection to the internet, the room of bath and toilet are separated. Relatively clean bathroom and the toilet impecables and provided with a bidet. The staff is quite cool and tolerant. This hostel is more to advise if you like the life in community while having a minimum of comfort.

At the sight of the prize, should not expect a palace, so we have not specifically been 'disappointed'! The location is nickel, near the Metro, 25 min walk from the beach (via the port it is super good). For the small lunch, actually these are small muffins and it is not every day! Our neighbours to rooms, first English and Italians were very cool and correct, we are same output with them one night for feter departure... It is true that the staff is not very nice, I would not say that it is not bad, a girl speaks English so ca facilitates things. Some people live there all year and at times one has the impression to be 'home'. A small negative point really hassle: What idea to cleaning up 14 h, corridors (more the right to leave rooms), showers (indeed at 2 pm on a needs more) and especially the kitchen where it has more right to cook until they have finished, knowing that the local dining in Spain time is 14 h... On two occasions we have of out eat something outside history not expected 2 h to be able to cook a pasta... But a really positive conclusion, I recommend for young who love meet of the world and have fun!

years, given the previous comments, I frankly had fear. It was party to two girls, 19 years, and I had at least expensive, looking at the comments after the fact.
Well for those who râlent, I don't know if they came at a bad time or they are simply bad faith, or snobs, or they were waiting for a four stars, but I am frankly not in agreement. The managers were nice, small the dej not ultra regular but well there, to retrieve his bail just ask, it is marked, the shower was walking; necessarily when four people went before you, there are sand, c ' is normal! But the question not a palace when it does not pay. Stairs are not very friendly, I want to admit it. But the rooms are well, enough practical kitchen, and the computer works well, something rare at this price.
Recommended for those who do not head and want an ideal location!

We are arrived to the Youth Hostel: first bad impressions (dalabrés, bad odeures..)
And then announce us that there has been a problem with booking: there is a reservation on the internet and by telephone at the same time and that therefore we have no House.
They made semblance of apeller a hostel aure is numerical had the place for to stay us. on arriving there was false!

The hostel was clean, the owner of the hostel really sympathic, but the staff is not sympathetic and make you uncomfortable to be there. There is no breakfest just some cheap muffin No. cofee, and no place to chill in just the room really small. Purpose is the eating in Barcelona and good situation! For one or tow night is ok but more than that...

We have spent two days in this hostel very well located that is, 30 m from Las ramblas, 10 m of a small trade and close to the port. Must be found of course but the worries instead is to mount because the 4étages climb are leathery. The House was own just as the rest, it had everything needed us and for the rest it was enough to ask. One of the Manager spoke English which was practical and not hésistait us help. In addition we had the chance to see a nice concert in the bar at the bottom of the hostel on the first evening. The only problem was sharing the room with 4polonais little respectful towards us but good it is party of the charm of youth hostels.

Długo nie mogłam GB znależć, krążyłam przez godzine jak sie potem okazalo blisko niego. O nim a nikt nie słyszał. Jak to się przestraszyłam, ale w środku weszłam nie bylo tak źle. Można jakoś przeżyć.

If you are a sprightly young thing and can climb a lot of stairs, and you want a cheap, friendly hostel right in the centre of the city, this hostel is just the thing! The lady who runs it is so lovely and hospitable, and you are bound to meet plenty of like minded people if you hang out in the bar downstairs (where the sangria is amazing and the gig we saw was awesome!) Not for the claustrophobic or those afraid of animals as the hostel has a pet ferret which i did become rather fond of! Was quite sad to leave....

I have seen many youth hostels and the fortunes are a principle. Here, we know that the price is low and it is therefore not of much wonder.
Overall, the places are own (cleaned each day), even if the stairwell is steep and little negative a priori. For the rest, staff is rather stingy communications and his mood seems very changing according to the time - sometimes of smiles, sometimes indifference complete.
The problem for some when they must leave in the morning and retrieve their bail, because the staff sleeps at least until noon and must be guess behind what door. This could create some stress that came to the hands (scene to the next day of our arrival).
Otherwise, the comfort is Spartan (but not expected a 3 stars for the price) and the external environment is very noisy to the Aurora (bowls Quiès mandatory and insufficient), as the Inn is located overlooking coffee held by managers.
Finally, among the immediate surprises, small step lunch (addition to biscuits and teas present at random and looted by some), in the kitchen or in the café on the ground floor where it had yet announced us that it would be organized.
By and large, everything seems more or less to organize based on the shape (report on the eve) and the willingness of managers.
De facto, therefore, must see that a dormitory and a shower in this hostel, knowing that the essence of travel is necessarily always outside, here as elsewhere.

UNO de los peores hostales, sobre todo por el staff, that neither is molesta decir hola or responder los saludos. SE dice que el desayuno está other, pero lo encuentras vez rara (if suerte tienes of as cocina abierta esté) there is principalmente in tee bolsas. Hay an olor extraño y aunque the limpieza es buena, todo eso parece irrelevante por el trato del staff evil. Para hacer el check out tuvimos than despertar a responsible los. The computadora con el internet no. sirve.

The worst hostel we have stayed at "Breakfast" consisted of an assortment of tea and a packet of biscuits. Staff/Owner lives at hostel goal were not helpful and we had to wake them up to check out (after breakfast start time).

BIG SCAM! We are arrived and mec allowed us on stairs (decaying) saying that there was more room (while we had only 3 months in advance) and was to go to another hotel. I had but the morning and no problem not me had been reported!

Hotel very well located, two steps from the port, La Rambla and the Metro. If the stairwell is frankly murky and very long to arrive at the top of the four floors, the hostel it is super clean. Cleaned all the days, health always nickels (even if there are few: 2 for everyone!). Staff very nice, welcoming, available and good atmosphere in the hotel: full of meetings with people of other nationalities. In short, a little folklo but super for a good quality/price ratio

Pleasant home, in a neighborhood popular, alive but not dangerous at all, the Chamber and the showers were very clean, the available managers and Gentiles and other residents! peaceful movement and security in the small cozy nest close to las ramblas and the port! : D again! : p

A true Spanish hostel, full of meetings of different nationalities. Good area, near the Metro and all the bars and nightclubs. Welcome, rooms are clean, the shower also. to recommend if you are a little revellers... It must still be a little sports, 4 floors to mount, with rather steep stairs...! I recommend!

Horrible! Before l hostel on s is docked by strange people. The esxaliers to reach a l hostel were murky! It felt very mauvai! In l apartment his felt the contains with dirty food and smells of drugs! Hunting was not walking! C was dirty! C is location which devastated d go with youth hostels!

Great stay, we did not very well understood who were managers because they are 5 or 6 people living in the hotel throughout the year (French, Italian, Spanish,...) to keep the bar and managing reservations for the hotel. They are very hospitable, friendly and honest. There was a heating in the House. There are also 2 bathrooms (including one without water hot but I think that it was temporary) which are very specific. For breakfast, should be lifted before noon so we do not enjoy except the day of departure, very good coffee served at the bar at the bottom. Very well placed. Clearly the best hotel quality/price ratio of Barcelona.

Staff cold, not kind, does even not the sentence to say hello, it is not known so that a customer pays for a service and has the right to expect a service to the correct minimum.
The bar where it is supposed to have breakfast between 10 am and 12 pm was closed because the staff was sleeping... The law was a beverage offered by night as compensation as it was always closed the morning, in the meantime had to move to the supermarket and spend additional costs when breakfast was included!
The House had the lock which malfunctioned, is toque at the door at 1: 00 in the morning while we slept to ask us to settle in cash all of the stay because credit card machine walked more...
Places are dirty, our room we served just to sleep, not to rest as they say nothing to those who put music on merits and which are not hindered the idea of embarrass someone!
In final: a hotel bad absolutely, the only advantage is its location close to Las ramblas, that is all.

Bad impression from the outset with the staircase of a building which ruined and that leads to "auberge" which is be an apartment on the fourth floor. Expected in check at 12 am, House still not ready to 14: 30! No hot water in showers during the stay, for bedding a camp bed would have been more convenient, the internet without computer in running condition, small kitchen and lighting of the House with only a small lamp... Breakfast from 10: 00 in the bar, personally yet it as the opening of the bar... Finally in beauty person available for the Check out, forcing wake up a member of the "staff" at 12 h to recovering the bail of the key. In short if you are not looking on the clean, hot water, light, basic comfort and that you do not aircraft make this hostel is made for you! Good stay

A nightmare!
We were 2 friends and it had reserved for 2 weeks this summer. Already it is on the 4th floor without acenseurs, the kitchen was down to "2/3 days", after 7 days we still attentions! Had promised us the small dej' in the bar at the bottom of the hostel but some mornings it was closed, and personally I found said rather disreputable bar.
I would advise against you strongly this hostel if you are only women, for others I would say that it has a super location but that should not be looking on cleanliness.

Breakfast served at the bar in the DRC in the morning, very well sites are not an ideal cleanliness (bath often dirty... room) and the walls of rooms very little thick, if you plan to sleep deeply (but also come to Barcelona to partying...!) is not the must! It was indicated that I would be in a dormitory of 2personnes with my friend but during the course of the week three beds have been installed and there is a of vas and come to the end of it stay; without rejection is not has been prevented so not very significant but otherwise the hostel is very well located near the boxes and bars (but the street is rather calm) and the port, it is very convenient, managers are cool so if you are young is a good plan!
