What that disappointments when at this hostel. It must be conceded that the price is low. However may be a few surprises: approaches all the Manager speaks only Spanish and not necessarily in a very clear way. This adds the inability to use the kitchen.

An advantage however is the fact that a grocery store is located just next to the hostel.

It is very basic hostel purpose for this price is ok. The location is not too bad eaither (only IP 10 mins by metro to city centre). Not the cleanest hostel i ever been to but not disaster. The security is a question mark though. I have left my laptop in the room while walking around and nobody touched purpose i am still not convinced that this is the most secure place. I suggest you keep your Lichen stuff with you all the time.

Hi, here is our very positive to Hostal Muntaner comments or we passes 2 nights very enjoyable. The House and the beds are clean, although the owner speaks only Spanish, but they are very nice and warm. In fact, we have nothing a complain about our choice. We hope to return again to Barcelona and review people to the hostel.

situation geographic ideal for travelling to the city centre, many shops and restaurants nearby but the hostel is a disaster! Hostel dirty, no good communication with persons of receipt (when they are present) and especially no heating in the rooms! (as was its must do so but in the winter it's horrible)

Average stay in the set, when I arrived in front of the hotel I was not even sure that this is the right place, indeed on place name is not the same it is not called the & Rambla Catalunya Hostel but the Windsor. Not pleasant home all I felt disturb the person who had increasingly lost the keys to my house and made me hanging for 15 min standing without even me propose to sit. Arrival in the House, a bad smell of moisture but faster party turning on ventilation. Room and bathroom were really very clean and the water was warm and quickly no need to wait. I thought seeing the bed would not comfortable but finally if ca goes, however I have had very cold due to poor insulation and there is not coverage and more. Finally starting the morning has 3 people, which had reveillée me before putting the music a bottom at 8 h of the morning and because that they spoke very hard while I was barely 2 m, Mount look out of the room as if I was an alien, just a Hello but in any case again once I believe that I have upset! Short I was not unhappy to leave

HA estado although muy, no. está tan sucio otros como comentan; No hay moqueta en el suelo, as para important era muy nosotr@s (es en los albergues repugnante)... Lo que sí es Pesimo es el desayuno, merece la pena ir a comprar algo al eroski as hay al lado. Pero por lo demás está muy well para lo que cuesta.

I was expecting a little at the worst, in view of the old comments, but good, ca va! The or I agree with everyone, it is at the level of cleanliness... wow... especially at the level of catch!

Ah yes, another thing: they could when even split a bit of butter for morning, instead of margarine-_ - This is a horror!

This hostel is truly unmissable, a very good price/quality ratio. The dormitories are very clean and cleaned every day. The sheets are white impecable, the kitchen is functional, many dishes available and a micro wave cooking plates fridge, oven, and spice are free services. Free connection to the internet, the room of bath and toilet are separated. Relatively clean bathroom and the toilet impecables and provided with a bidet. The staff is quite cool and tolerant. This hostel is more to advise if you like the life in community while having a minimum of comfort.

At the sight of the prize, should not expect a palace, so we have not specifically been 'disappointed'! The location is nickel, near the Metro, 25 min walk from the beach (via the port it is super good). For the small lunch, actually these are small muffins and it is not every day! Our neighbours to rooms, first English and Italians were very cool and correct, we are same output with them one night for feter departure... It is true that the staff is not very nice, I would not say that it is not bad, a girl speaks English so ca facilitates things. Some people live there all year and at times one has the impression to be 'home'. A small negative point really hassle: What idea to cleaning up 14 h, corridors (more the right to leave rooms), showers (indeed at 2 pm on a needs more) and especially the kitchen where it has more right to cook until they have finished, knowing that the local dining in Spain time is 14 h... On two occasions we have of out eat something outside history not expected 2 h to be able to cook a pasta... But a really positive conclusion, I recommend for young who love meet of the world and have fun!

years, given the previous comments, I frankly had fear. It was party to two girls, 19 years, and I had at least expensive, looking at the comments after the fact.

Well for those who râlent, I don't know if they came at a bad time or they are simply bad faith, or snobs, or they were waiting for a four stars, but I am frankly not in agreement. The managers were nice, small the dej not ultra regular but well there, to retrieve his bail just ask, it is marked, the shower was walking; necessarily when four people went before you, there are sand, c ' is normal! But the question not a palace when it does not pay. Stairs are not very friendly, I want to admit it. But the rooms are well, enough practical kitchen, and the computer works well, something rare at this price.

Recommended for those who do not head and want an ideal location!

A mixed experience I'll try to summarize it in strong points and weak points: strengths:-clean.

-Location calm and secure, and not far from the city centre.

-Staff very friendly and available, François Xavier that I greatly appreciated.

Low points:-attendance at the time quite disrespectful, lot of noise during the night, the doors slammed shut fort during the night, but that it is a variable element, I was just unlucky hard fall.

-The comfort of the rooms is really unsatisfactory, I had the misfortune of falling on a period of cold weather in Barcelona, and the House was not well heated.

officials are very nice and it's full of life is low. At night there is little noise.Cleanliness is present and all the equipment for cooking also. JHA therefore passed a very good stay with my friends. Thank you

3 nuits réservées: parfait pour les 2 dernières nuits, appart très bien situé, agréable et en bon état... par contre impossibilité de nous reloger suite à "pb de douche" pour la première nuit (pas cool)...

Appartement très bien placé, dans les Ramblas, à côté de Carrefour Market. Propre, peu bruyant (il y a quand même un bar très connu juste en dessous, l'Ovella Negra!), déco stylée rouge&noir;, sol parquet, femme de ménage tous les jours (en fait elle loge dans l'appartement)

Néanmoins, beaucoup de restrictions: interdit d'inviter des amis (même à dîner) sous peine d'exclusion immédiate, obligation de payer en cash à l'arrivée (ça sent le black), interdiction d'arriver à l'appartement sans avoir fait la rencontre au Hard Rock Café...Cuisine peu fournie en ustensiles, pas de congélateur... Et pas de Wifi, mais un ordinateur en libre-service pour tous les clients, autant dire que c'est très problématique quand les voisins sont des geeks !

L'appartement est très bien situé, propre et pratique. Par contre, nous avions la chambre 12 qui nous a semblé bien minuscule à côté des autres ... (plus spacieuses, balcon, ...). Nous nous sommes donc sentis un peu à l'étroit avec nos 8 m² occupés pour la moitié par le mobilier !

The best hostel in Barcelona, clean, vibrant, new, super staff nice and well located, arrangeant.

The outdoor terrace is really nice, the floor bar and wifi is very nice also.

In addition to any ca every evening there was a shuttle that brought us box for €3 and it did not pay the entry (15 a €20 normally), grace a ca have been an evening in a box in outside with a large swimming pool with all the people of the Inn, it was huge!

Super stay in this hostel! A counsellor to all those who want to spend good time, meet people and enjoy the facilities (such as the swimming pool, sauna and hammam). I return there without hesitation!

What's great is the terrace, especially at night, there is full of people! Shame it closes at 23: 30. But then there is organized evenings so it is not serious.

We really had a blow of heart for this hostel and we advise to everyone because it has spent good time!

Finally the rooms are property, bathroom barely too small but it is really not a problem next to all the rest! ;)

The entry and cleaning the same conditions can be daunting. To sleep one night only escapes, being the clean beds's clothing. Any other conditions applying to the hostel leave much to be desired.

Easy access by Metro, however, difficult to find the front door.

The people are welcoming and available.

Arriving at the hotel, we visit the suburbs of Barcelona! Indeed, the French description of the road to reach the hotel only has not published us clear! Well, we have gone to the station for the direction. Should be specified to be the line L2 or 3? up to Encants... When you arrive to the hotel, nothing is indicated that this is. There is just a name erased on the entrance door, short three times before with our suitcases before asking someone have been...

The toilets are clean. The beds are incredibly not comfortable (the last night it was almost not slept). But the staff is super nice. As a youth hostel, I have known better. Especially at the level of the beds.

The home is in the image of cleanliness, it leaves to be desired!

Hotel is well located even if Metro is a little far, the home was sympathetic but the cleanliness of the premises is unsatisfactory, the hostel is on the 3rd floor of a building without elevator. Do not rely on photos, €8 the night should not expect anything.

Very chic neighbourhood, with its advantages and disadvantages (rather expensive restaurants) but (best tortilla Barcelona two not). It is quiet in the hostel however it is really noisy outside so it can be hard to have a full night or avoid the room called Gaudi.

Nice youth hostel to stay a few days in Barcelona.

Strengths: the proximity of the beach, the home, the cleanliness of sanitary, accessibility (stairs step), the bar and the room entry, breakfast, safety (in the evening, should show a map to return).

Weak points: access to the internet (bad connection), large rooms (7 persons, smaller rooms step)... but this just be a point strong!

If you like the beach, this hostel should be, if you like the city and visits.... the hostel is only 10 min walk from the centre of Bracelone.

We had an excellent stay in Barcelona in this place, thanks to Pedro and his team to his home and his kindness. We feel a little at home because in 6 Group we take a little room for the breakfast!

1 travel in hostel and certainly not the last. You hesitate to leave only, a unique adventure and meet a bunch of person, the hostel is made for you;-) to activities, cool staff (Yes grumpy qqfois night, but it is in crazy), a lease can better fall...

For rooms, I was in a room of 20, the first day I wondered where I had fallen, but I had fallen on people simply not law-abiding to open at the mat 2: light, shouting, singing, short of Pete people who spent the last night in Barcelona.

If the stay had been so me not be agreed, but on other days, people were very respectful of the respect of everyone. well on it's noise, but I who am not fan of the boulquies, well helped me.

Memorable stay! I highly recommend the all young travellers solitary or group who want to make the celebration and meet of the world. It is extremely well placed which is great for outings. On meeting people from all walks of life, I found super cool staff. I was in the House of eight and is relatively well slept, however some people I have met have discouraged me 20 rooms.

You will not regret it!

Very good home at the hostel, very clean, staff available for all our questions. It must take the Metro to get to city centre, but this was not annoying. Advantage: the beach is a only a few minutes to feet and it is much cleaner than barceloneta. If I return in Barcelona, I'll certainly be back in Be Hostel Dream.

Well located, can do everything on foot (or almost!), nice home, just what makes a good youth hostel. Small flat, I had taken a room double history to be quiet romantic, and was completely removed from the hostel (4 floors above), cold and very wet room. By contrast although calm.

This is a great hostel, there is nothing else to say.Usability, sympathy to all super welcomed! A do:) and close to everything!

Not a very good hostel. It was quite expensive for a hostel in Barcelona and for that you expect a bit more. Sadly disappointed. The fourteen person dorms were incredibly loud, do not expect to sleep beyond 9 am. This wouldn't can't be so bad if they were sociably goal management made sure they Katherine can't. No. allowed drinking in the dorms and no outsiders so your opportunities to socialise are limited. The smelt truly appalling showers as well. Breakfast was terrible, a bowl of cocoa pops and some UHT milk being the highlights. Manages the worst of both worlds, both uncomfortable and anti-social, will not be visiting here again!

A sympathetic and ideally located Youth Hostel: it is in the heart of the old city and close to the Metro. Nothing to say on the cleanliness, the household is done regularly. The beds are quite comfortable and a curtain allows to have a little privacy. Only one small problem, the toilets are in the rooms, hunting can make a little noise in the night. Ptit lunch very correct, but a little early: it is served between 8 and 10 p.m.! After you have some cakes and fruit always available 24/7.

A wonderful week in a very friendly hostel. Breakfast very charming (s), and a terrace suitable for beautiful meetings (small damper on the closure of the latter to 22 h).

Dear to the quality of the place: very poorly equipped (auccun utensils of kitchen pots and pans exepter), many things broken (TV, machine to washed notably, grrr). Popular neighbourhood sympathetic, staff absolutely not one-time (on waited an hour and a half... re - SDS).

Hostel that has been recommended to me by a friend. I spent a week, because Barcelona is a city slightly inexhaustible... And the hostel is really well placed, in the city center and in a very pleasant to walk Street. Breakfast ' is every morning, well appreciable avoids at least still have to pay money to the outside.
